RACE DAYS

Sponsorship’s and corporate marketing are usually the highlight of race day functions and events.

However, Racecourse facilities can be made available on any race day to hold private social functions, such as birthday parties and/or social group gatherings.

Race Day Marquees:

3m x 3m are $150 inclusive a prime position location at the track as well as tables and chairs for up to 12 people.

3m x 6m are $250 inclusive a prime position location at the track as well as tables and chairs for up to 25 people.

NON RACE DAYS

The Racecourse and facilities can be hired for private functions like parties, social gatherings, music events and even market days. The venue offers outdoor and undercover areas, bar facilities with ample parking.  Hire costs start as low as $300 per day.

Catering is done offsite and can be organised through either the Moruya Jockey Club or yourself. As the Club is licenced all beverage sales must be done through the Moruya Jockey Club.

The Members’ Lounge / Owners Room offer an ideal area for special functions such as engagements, weddings, seminars and conferences.  

Both the Members and Owner Facilities can cater for up to 100 people and are available for hire.

CONFERENCES / MEETINGS

The Moruya Jockey Club is your perfect venue for your business requirements. With a location across the road from the Moruya airport this location is perfect for those flying in from Sydney for the day. On top of this your clients will enjoy the serenity of being out of town and whilst enjoying the greenery of the Racecourse combined with bushland. All these assets combine to make The Moruya Jockey Club the perfect venue for business meetings, luncheons, training days or conferences.

There are two well-appointed function rooms – including the New Owners Room as well as The Members Room both of which overlook the race track with a vast amount of outdoor area for break outs.
